2018: Punched her ticket to run as an individual with a third-place finish in the Great Lakes Regional (21:20.1)...Achieved Albion history as the first woman to finish the season as the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association's Most Valuable Runner...The first runner to cross the finish line in the MIAA Cross Country Championship (21:29.7)...Selected the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association's National Athlete of the Week and the MIAA's Female Runner of the Week after finishing first in a field of Division I runners in the University of Detroit Invitational.

2017: Named the MIAA's Female Runner of the Week Sept. 5 after setting the Sudeck Sundown Classic meet record, finishing the 4K coruse in 14:43 (good for a 32 second margin over the race runner-up)...Named the Junior Female Student-Athlete of the Year by the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee...Qualified for the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

An all-state performer in track & field and achieved all-conference status in cross country in 2013...An honor roll student in high school...Chose Albion "because it was a very well rounded college.
