La CROSSE, Wis. – Cassie Vince represented Albion College on the first day of the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Competing in the 10,000-meter run, the junior from Amherst, Ohio, finished 19th, crossing the finish line in 38:45.47.
Prior to the NCAA Championships, Vince was the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association's Most Valuable Female Track Performer, achieving league titles in the 5,000 and 10,000 meter events.
Jephte Jean-Claude will represent Albion in the men's triple jump on Saturday.
