ANGOLA, Ind. – Several Albion College athletes scored in a pair of events as the Britons rolled up 67 points, good for fourth place, in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Maicey Peterson cleared the pole vault at 10 feet for third place and she finished fourth in the 60-meter hurdles at 9.50 seconds.

Emilee Kinney finished fourth in the 60 and 200 meter events with indoor school record times of 8.24 and 27.06.

Nia Thomas finished fifth in the 200 (27.09) and long jump (16' 7 ¾").

Tyra Thomas-Spratley finished fifth in the high jump (4' 11 ½"), despite competing in the event for just the second time this season. She also finished seventh in the 400 meters (1:03.63).

The triple jump produced the most points of the day as Camille Sawicki and Rhiki Swinton finished second and third, respectively. Sawicki's best attempt – a personal record of 34' 10 ¾: - was inches short of the winning mark of 35' ¼" set by Calvin's Jenna Dyksen. Swinton sailed 34' 8 ½".

Jessica Shaw added a third-place run in the 5,000 meters (18:17.74) and Leanne Wegley was seventh in the mile (5:35.26).
