ALBION, Mich. – Visiting Ohio Northern University defeated Albion College, 9-0, in a non-league women's tennis match inside the Ungrodt Tennis Center Saturday.
All six singles matches were decided in straight sets. Bella Scalise, playing No. 5 singles for the Britons, was able to take five games from her opponent in a 6-2, 6-3 loss.
Albion has a 4:30 p.m. home match against local rival Spring Arbor University on Tuesday.
