Balancing school, collegiate athletics, social commitments and public service, Albion College’s tremendous swimming and diving teams took time out of their packed schedule to host 110 kids aged 4-11 for a free swimming clinic.
Kylene Slocum set a pool record in the 100-yard breaststroke and she joined classmates Molly Blank and Nicole Manthei on the 200 freestyle relay as Albion earned a dual meet victory over Olivet
Sarah Kilbride, Anna Moore and Mary Noble swam to first place in two individual events and Marisa DeCamp was unopposed in the diving events as Albion completed its trip to Texas with a dual meet victory over Southwestern
While Coach Jake Taber reports the Britons are ahead of where they have been in previous years, the team continues to strive for better times in the pool and better scores off the diving board
