KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Albion College suffered a 1-0 loss to Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association leading Kalamazoo College Wednesday night.

"We defended really well and I'm real proud of the effort," Albion Head Coach Eric Scott said. "We have some attacking things to go over, but Kalamazoo is a good team. I thought we played with them."

The box score reports Kalamazoo finished with a 14-3 edge in shots, but shots on goal were much closer at 5-2. Emma Tardiff tallied the lone goal with 11 minutes to play.

Amanda Allen and Jenna Urso were credited with the shots on goal for Albion.
