2018: The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Defensive Most Valuable Player and an all-MIAA first team pick...She qualified for the MIAA Academic Honor Roll...Her 71 ground balls is the most in a season at Albion...Collected 13 ground balls in the March 8 contest at Redlands, Calif...Named the MIAA Defensive Player of the Week after causing four turnovers and collecting two ground balls in the March 17 victory over Augustana, Ill...Scored her first two goals of the season, collected nine ground balls and caused three turnovers in the March 31 victory over Trine...Named the MIAA Defensive Player of the Week for the third time this season April 23 after causing eight turnovers, collecting five ground balls and running down the field to deposit Albion's first goal in the 11-6 victory over Kalamazoo and causing two turnovers and scooping four ground balls in the 10-7 victory at Hope.

2017: An all-MIAA first team pick for the second time in her career...Named Albion's most valuable player on defense...Caused 26 turnovers, most on the team, and her 36 draw controls and ground balls were both third-most on the team...Contributed to the offense with 34 points (23 goals, 11 assists)...Produced 10 points (six goals, four assists) in the April 28 victory at Olivet.

2016: An all-MIAA first team pick on defense...Named the team's MVP on defense...Caused a team-high 36 turnovers and her 46 ground balls were third-most on the team...Credited with seven ground balls and causing seven turnovers in the Feb. 27 contest vs. Berry...Scooped up five ground balls at Occidental in March...Her MIAA highs were five ground balls and three caused turnovers at Adrian.

2015: A starter on defense, she completed her first season at the collegiate level with 22 ground balls, six caused turnovers and five draw controls...She scooped six ground balls and won three draw controls in the MIAA Tournament semifinal against Hope.

Played field hockey and lacrosse at the varsity level in high school...Achieved first team all-league and team MVP awards at the conclusion of the 2014 lacrosse season...Also served as captain of the lacrosse team...Lists fishing, snowboarding and going to the movies as hobbies...Graduated with a degree in exercise science...Daughter of Tom and Michele Nelson.
