NAPLES, Fla. – Albion College completed its spring break games Friday morning with losses to Nazareth (N.Y.) College and the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth.
Nazareth 2, Albion 0
A leadoff walk to Madison Zeis opened the door for Nazareth to score its two runs in the third. Zeis scored on a one-out double by Sarah Papponetti. Papponetti scored when the next batter, Maureen Rogers, hit the ball to the shortstop.
Albion had scoring chances, leaving the bases loaded in the third and stranding the tying runners on base in the seventh.
Kaitlyn Hotchkin collected two of Albion's five hits in the game. Miranda Coty hit a single and walked.
UMass-Dartmouth 12, Albion 4
Albion outhit Corsairs, 9-8, but seven errors in the field opened the door to some big innings.
Monica Brugnoni collected three hits, including a double, and two RBI. Alice Garvin produced a pair of singles and a RBI.

Albion will take a 6-6 record into a March 22 non-league doubleheader at Madonna University.
