Track & field athletes brave the cold to compete at Ohio Wesleyan

DELAWARE, Ohio – Albion College track & field student-athletes braved the cold to compete in the Marv Frye Invitational.

Kejuan Frazier achieved a personal record by two meters when he threw the discus 40.91 meters, the equivalent of 134' 3". He finished second in the discus throw and shot put. Will Campbell also achieved a personal record in the discus.

Richard Annorat and Jephte Jean-Claude led Albion in the jumping events as well as joining the runner-up 4x100-meter relay squad. Jean-Claude was first in the triple jump 43' 1" and he was the runner-up in the 110-meter hurdles. Annorat won the high jump at 6' 4" and he was second in the triple jump.

Kiehl Smith was third in the 1,500 meters.

In throwing events contested on Friday, Rayshawn Robinson (javelin) and Andrew Strzelecki (hammer) finished third in their respective events.

Albion is scheduled to compete against Alma College and Olivet College at Oliver on Friday.
