2018: Caused 10 turnovers, most by a first-year player on the team...Collected 20 ground balls, second-most by a first-year player on the team (and most by a player not involved on the faceoff)...Collected four ground balls in non-league games against Denison and Otterbein.

A three-year lacrosse varsity starter, also played ice hockey, ran cross country & a member of the Chess Club at Holland Christian...A two-time multisport Scholar-Athlete...In lacrosse, he earned All-State & Academic All-State honors while being a two-time All-Regional & All-Area player...He scooped up 222 ground balls, caused 152 turnovers, scored 24 goals and was credited with 22 assists in his three years of varsity lacrosse...He competed on the Michigan True State 2017 team (2016-2017) placing in the top four teams in all 2016 tourneys & winning Cherry Bomb 2017...Also played for Titanium Elite (2016) and for Westside Lacrosse (2013-2017)...Volunteer activities include three mission trips working with New City Fellowship in St. Louis, Mo.; two-time Camp Sunshine counselor, a camp for the disabled & impaired; the Holland Rescue Mission; and volunteer coach and referee for the West Michigan Special Hockey Association...A youth lacrosse camp counselor for Holland Christian and for Albion’s Nike Xcelerate camp...Lists spikeball, the outdoors, and pond hockey as interests outside of lacrosse...A member of the college's Carl A.
