Ebeling named MIAA Player of the Week

As 2018 winds down today, Caden Ebeling hopes to continue his fine play on the basketball court.

The junior from Shelby Township, Mich., who prepped at Utica High School has finished three of the last four games with a double-double and that's why he represents Albion College as the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Men's Basketball Player of the Week.

Ebeling was an all-tournament pick in the McDonald's Holiday Tournament after putting up a career-high 31 points and grabbing 11 rebounds in Albion's 10-point loss to Bluffton University in the title game.

In the two tournament games, Ebeling shot 71 percent from the field (10-of-14) and 89 percent from the free throw line (16-of-18).

MIAA action begins Thursday night at 7:30 when the Britons play host to Olivet College.
