HOLLAND, Mich. – Teddy Ray scored six of his eight points during an 8-1 run in the second half to boost Hope College to an 85-77 victory over Albion College on the final day of the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association regular season in men's basketball.

Albion forged a tie at 67 on Quinton Armstrong's layup with nine minutes to play.

Ray countered with a 3-point basket and he added an old-fashioned 3-point play.

Three Britons scored in double figures, led by Arshawn Parker with a career-high 18. He knocked down 4-of-5 shots from 3-point range.

Armstrong led the starting unit with 16 points and Caden Ebeling chipped in with 10 points and seven rebounds.

Hope's Dante Hawkins led all players with 23 points.

Albion finished the season 9-16 overall and 6-8 against MIAA rivals.
