Title: Assistant Coach/Defensive Line

D.J. Rehberg, '96, oversees Albion's corps of defensive linemen.

During Rehberg's tenure at Albion, 20 linemen have achieved all-Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Assocaition status, including C.J. Carroll's selection as the league's Defensive MVP in 2012. In addition, Pat Sloan achieved All-America recognition in 1998.

Defensive end Mitchell Arendsen was the latest to achieve all-MIAA status. He was an all-MIAA first team pick in 2018.

The Dundee native was a four-year starter for the Britons from 1992 to 1995. He earned first team all-MIAA honors in 1993 and 1994, and second team recognition in 1995. During Rehberg's playing career the Britons compiled a 39-3 record, winning four MIAA championships and the 1994 NCAA Division III National Championship.

Rehberg and his wife Jeannine, have a daughter, Jesse, and a son, Isaac.
