Baseball completes .500 spring break trip

KISSISSIMMEE, Fla. – Kellan Huang and Drew Olsewski collected two more hits as the Albion College baseball team completed its spring break trip with an 8-3 loss to Saint Vincent College.

The Britons come home with a 4-4 record as they prepare to for a March 16 doubleheader at Bluffton University.

Huang is currently hitting .360 with a pair of doubles, a homerun and eight runs batted in. Olszewski is hitting .321 with a double and five RBI.

Saint Vincent took the lead in the second inning, scoring a run when the Albion pitcher made a bad throw to first base on a sacrifice bunt and a sacrifice fly.

Saint Vincent added another run in the fourth, and Albion responded with a RBI single by Huang to make the score 3-1.

Joe Turnbull hit a RBI single in the seventh, and Dylan Perry added a RBI single in the eighth to complete Albion's scoring.
