ALBION, Mich. – Albion College let a chance to upset Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association leading Adrian College in the second game of a doubleheader slip away in the ninth inning.

Adrian starter Tommy Parsons limited Albion to two hits (Shane Lindemann and Logan Priebe collected singles) while striking out six over six innings.

Adrian scored seven times in the third. Brian Guck singled driving in two runs and Ian Mikowski slugged a two-run double. Mikowski added a two-run single in the fifth.
