As of Monday, August 24, Albion College has opened an outdoor fitness center in front of the Dow Recreation and Wellness Center for all students, faculty and staff. Some of the cardio machines that are currently housed inside the Dow will be outdoors for those to utilize while executive orders still have indoor gyms closed.
This space will be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
Additionally, an equipment tent will be up and running with this space for those to check out equipment and a variety of lawn games. The hours for the equipment tent are the same as the fitness center.
The same rules apply as all of our other open spaces right now; masks must be worn and those who wish to use the facilities will have to show their Albion ID and proof of a negative COVID-19 test on the Aura app.
